Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated • We may change pricing with 30 days notice; changes take effect at renewal • Failed payments may result in service suspension • You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds within 14 days of purchase

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation: • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period • No refunds are provided for partial months of service • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation • You may reactivate your account within 30 days to restore your data • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted

Sendnami is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free • Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable • Any errors in the Service will be corrected Social media platforms may change their APIs or terms at any time, which may affect our ability to provide certain features. We are not responsible for any changes made by third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sendnami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including: • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Service interruption or computer damage • Cost of substitute services • Any damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations, so these may not apply to you.
