When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up using a social account, we receive your name and email from that provider.
When you connect social media accounts, we access your profile information, posts, and analytics data only as needed to provide our scheduling and analytics services.
We automatically collect information about how you use Sendnami, including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.
We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve Sendnami, including scheduling posts, generating analytics, and providing customer support.
We may send you service-related announcements, security alerts, and marketing communications (with your consent).
We use your data to personalize your experience, including AI-powered scheduling recommendations and content suggestions.
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3, AES-256 encryption, and regular security audits.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except as required by law.
We share data with social media platforms only to publish your content and retrieve analytics. We use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, and payment processing.
We never sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services.
Sendnami accesses YouTube API Services to publish videos and retrieve analytics. All stored YouTube data is refreshed at least every 30 days per YouTube API Services Terms of Service. When you disconnect your YouTube account, all YouTube data is deleted within 30 days. You can revoke access at any time via Google security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Sendnami's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: (1) We only use Google data to provide and improve the social media management features described in this policy. (2) We do not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve these features, as required by law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with equivalent privacy protections. (3) We do not use Google data for advertising purposes. (4) We do not allow humans to read Google data except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or Threads accounts, we access your profile, page data, and post analytics to provide scheduling and engagement features. We do not sell or share your Meta data with third parties. When you disconnect a Meta account, all associated data is deleted within 30 days. Meta may also request data deletion via webhook, which we process automatically.
Sendnami accesses LinkedIn Community Management APIs to publish posts to member profiles and Company Pages, to display comments on your own posts, and to retrieve aggregate analytics. We comply with the LinkedIn Marketing API Program Data Storage Requirements and the Restricted Use Cases policy. Specifically: (1) Other members' profile data (names, avatars, headlines of people who comment on your posts) is held for a maximum of 24 hours. (2) Members' social activity data (comment text, reactions, mentions) is held for a maximum of 48 hours. (3) Organization social activity data (posts, comments on Company Pages you administer) is held for a maximum of 6 months. (4) Organization profile data is held for a maximum of 8 weeks, except organization name and logo URL which may be retained for 30 days. (5) Aggregate organization reporting data (follower counts, page view counts, engagement totals) is held for up to 1 year. (6) We do NOT export, distribute, or transfer LinkedIn member data outside of our application — this includes CSV exports, PDF reports, webhook forwarding, and API access to external systems. (7) We do NOT combine LinkedIn data with CRM or other first-party data in unified profiles. (8) We request only the scopes we actively use: r_basicprofile for member identity (name, profile photo, public handle) via the /v2/me endpoint, w_member_social and r_member_postAnalytics and r_member_profileAnalytics for personal profile publishing and analytics, w_organization_social and r_organization_social and rw_organization_admin for Company Page publishing and analytics. We do not request email scopes from LinkedIn; your email is collected at Sendnami signup. (9) When you disconnect your LinkedIn account we revoke the access token with LinkedIn, hard-delete the connected account row, and cascade-delete all connected Company Pages, cached comments, and analytics for that account. We access TikTok APIs to publish content and retrieve video analytics. Data collected includes your TikTok profile information, video metadata, and engagement metrics. When you disconnect your TikTok account, all TikTok data is deleted within 30 days. We do not use TikTok data to compete with or replicate TikTok services.
Per Pinterest Developer API Terms (Section 4a), we do not store any data accessed through the Pinterest API. Analytics for Pinterest posts are fetched live from the Pinterest API each time you view them and are not persisted in our database. Only minimal account metadata (account name, profile URL) necessary for the connection is retained.
We access the X API to publish posts and retrieve analytics. Post data and engagement metrics are stored to provide analytics and reporting features. When you disconnect your X account, all associated data is deleted within 30 days.
You can export your post data in CSV format from your workspace settings. LinkedIn data is excluded from these exports per LinkedIn Marketing API Terms — the CSV includes only post content you authored in Sendnami and platform-agnostic metadata. You can update your information or request deletion of your account and associated data through your account settings or by contacting us.
You can disconnect any social media account from Sendnami at any time. When you disconnect an account, we stop collecting data from that platform and delete all associated data within the timeframes specified in the Platform-Specific Data Practices section above.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Service-related communications cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
